Celebrating over 50 years of bringing smiles, laughter, and holiday cheer through our festive Christmas events and joyful Santa appearances for hearts young and old. ππ πΌπ
It all began in Madison, Tennessee, in 1975. A 16-year-old named Scott was about to discover a calling that would bring joy and holiday cheer to countless families for decades to come.
That winter, a kindergarten teacher told one of Scottβs friends something no childβor child at heartβever wants to hear: βThereβs no such thing as Santa Claus.β But Scottβs friend wasnβt ready to let go of the magic. Instead, they had an idea: βScott, youβd make a great Santa.β
With a borrowed suit and a heart full of holiday cheer, Scott stepped into the role. What started as a spontaneous favor quickly became something extraordinary. The childrenβs eyes sparkled. Smiles spread. Laughter filled the room. And in that moment, Santa Scott was born.
Since that day, Santa Scott has made it his mission to keep the spirit of Christmas alive. From parades and Santa appearances to heartfelt visits and festive Christmas events, heβs brought warmth, wonder, and the magic of believing to generations of families.
Because for Santa Scott, itβs not just about the red suitβitβs about the joy, the connection, and the timeless tradition of Christmas memories.
MISION STATEMENT To inspire wonder, spread joy, and keep the spirit of Christmas alive by creating magical, meaningful experiences for children and families during Christmas events. Through heartfelt interactions, festive appearances, and a genuine love for the season, Santa Scott brings timeless traditions to lifeβreminding everyone, young and old, that believing is the first step to magic.
VISION STATEMENT To kindle the spirit of Christmas in every heart I encounterβyoung and oldβby creating magical, meaningful moments that celebrate wonder, kindness, and connection. Through authentic storytelling, festive appearances, and heartfelt interactions, I strive to be more than a seasonal figure: a trusted symbol of joy, generosity, and holiday cheer across Middle Tennessee and beyond. π Preparing for Santa Scottβs Visit
To ensure a magical and smooth experience during your Christmas events, please review the following guidelines:
π₯ Environment & Comfort
Santaβs Chair Placement: Please avoid placing Santaβs chair in front of a lit fireplace or any heat source. A fan in the area is appreciated to keep Santa cool.
Chair Requirements: Santa needs a sturdy, armless chairβa straight-backed dining chair works perfectly. If possible, leave space behind the chair for family photos that capture the holiday cheer.
Photo Setup: Make sure your cameras are charged and ready. Avoid backlit backgrounds like windows or plain white walls, which can affect photo quality. A Christmas tree makes a beautiful backdrop for Santa appearances!
π Parking & Arrival
Parking Spot: Reserve a nearby parking space for Santa that is out of view of guests. Two trash cans placed in the spot usually do the trick.
Arrival Timing: Ensure all guests have arrived before Santaβs entrance. Santa will contact you 5β10 minutes prior to arrival.
π Gifts & Helpers
Gift Distribution: Label gifts clearly and legibly. Santa loves having a helper to call out names! All gifts should fit into a 32-gallon trash bag and be easily carried. If there are extras, Santa may bring an additional bag for a helper.
Santaβs Helper Duties: Assign someone to manage the line and crowd. Helpers should check childrenβs hands and faces for sticky messesβwipes are helpful!
π¨ Smoking & Scents
Santa retired his pipe years ago and kindly asks that no smoking occur nearby. Smoke clings to his suit, and Mrs. Claus isnβt fond of the smell!
π Payment Etiquette
If payment is due, please place it inside a Christmas card or βLetter to Santaβ and hand it to Santa at the end of his visit with the words: βThis is something weβd like you to have.β
π’ Large Family, Business Parties & Special Events
For extended visits, Santa will need a 10-minute break per hour. Please provide a quiet space where he can remove his coat, access cool water, and use a private restroom.

ATTENTION TO ALL PARENTS WHO NEED TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT SANTA
Son: "Dad, I think I'm old enough now. Is there a Santa Claus?."
Dad: "Ok, I agree that you're old enough. But before I tell you, I have a question for you. You see, the βtruthβ is a dangerous gift. Once you know something, you can't unknow it.
Once you know the truth about Santa Claus, you will never again understand and relate to him as you do now.
